The mission of VALUE is to transform the lives of homeless veterans who have the ability to return to work. This mission will be met with the assistance of transitional housing, a food and clothing program, drug and alcohol intervention, education and job training, and a referral program to mental health providers.
VALUE came into existence as a response to the alarming rate of homeless veterans.
